About Health Innovations
Health Innovations is a free health clinic servicing the greater Boston area and beyond. We offer free HIV/STI/Hep C testing, referrals to medical and mental healthcare, harm reduction materials, and more. We are pleased to now be offering Covid-19 and Monkeypox vaccines as well.
Health Innovations was created in response to the ever changing needs and challenges of the health and human service systems. We are a woman- and minority-owned company which collectively brings together over 45 years of experience in health and human services. We have access to a comprehensive network of experienced and diverse health and human service professionals and paraprofessionals.
Our focus is to find solutions across all spectrums of service programming, implementation, evaluation and training. We offer personalized service, whether it’s working with a patient to navigate the health care system or assisting a program to develop creative strategies to ensure quality of care. Our goal is to increase access to care, improve quality of care and reduce health disparities.

Our mission is to provide innovative nurse-driven mobile and office-based health and human services to underserved vulnerable populations in non-traditional settings.
Our goals are to increase access to care, ensure integrated and coordinated care, improve quality of care, advocate for those who may not have a voice, reduce health disparities for underserved populations, and to educate the next generation of public health nurses.
